Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all content and materials you provide. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Custom code and designs created for your project become yours upon payment.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
